Alessandro Rosso Incentive (ARI) is the Italian leader in incentive travel and events, with a 2007 turnover of € 70 million. In recent years, ARI has succeeded in rapid expansion through acquisitions, in a market characterized by strong fragmentation. ARI plans to continue market consolidation through selective acquisitions of competitors.
The spin-off acquired from Gruppo Veronelli is a boutique, high-end incentive–travel and event business, with € 8 million turnover.
To ARI it will contribute a portfolio of selected clients and an above average profitability.
