Argenta focuses on the supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks with 100,000 installed machines and a client base of 65,000 customers in Italy. The group is participated by Advent International and PM & Partners.

Cafebon represents one of the most important Italian networks in the vending business for food and drinks, first in Lombardy for size and coverage, with branches in Brescia, Lodi, Milan, Pavia, Alessandria, Turin and Vicenza.

The merger with Cafebon increases Argenta’s aggregate sales volume to over 440 million of units per year (coffees, snacks, soft drinks…), reaching the No. 1 position in this highly fragmented industry.
