Leader in the Venice province and number two in the Veneto region, San Marco is a technology leader in Italy: proprietary operating software and alarm systems entirely on GSM, pioneer in GPS surveillance for vehicles.

Sicurglobal is the second largest group in Italy, with sales of approximately €160m. It was the first Italian security operator to be acquired by a financial investor, BS Private Equity Group.

With this transaction, our clients realised a value significantly above multiples recorded in the industry in Italy by that time. (including the Sicurglobal acquisition).

Sicurglobal acquired one of the most desirable targets in Italy, gaining a major position in the most attractive region, as well as entering GPS vehicle surveillance through the Adige Telesicurezza subsidiary.
