Orienta Partners, specialized in Italian SME investments through club deals, acquires a majority stake into Stocksolutions S.r.l..

Orienta Partners has brought together a pool of investors who have assessed positively the brand extraordinary performance and strongly believe in the company further development and growth.

Equita Private Debt Fund supported Orienta Partners and the founders through the underwriting of mezzanine capital, a preferred equity instrument.

The senior debt was underwrote by Mediocredito Italiano S.p.A. and Banco BPM. Banca IMI S.p.A. acted as the agent bank.

Cross Border was selected as the only advisor by Stocksolutions S.r.l. and has managed all the transaction phases.
