Bracchi S.r.l., based in Fara Gera d’Adda and established in 1928, is a leading Italian company in the high value-added logistics sector and transports, also exceptional ones, with a strategic focus on the lift, agricultural machineries, cosmetics, fashion and beverage businesses.

IGI SGR S.p.A. is an independent Italian private equity fund established in 1997, that acquired a majority stake in Bracchi through a leverage buyout in 2016. Thanks to the integration of Peterlini, the Bracchi Group will be able to expand and to diversify its portfolio of services.
